Dark Jak -Hold On-

As the title indicates, this was first inspired by the Korn song, Hold On. It was a pain in the butt to finally get finished.... As I had mentioned in a journal entry, the goddamn system shut down while I was in the middle of painting this.... But it's finished.

BIG FIRST FOR ME! I orginally drew the base for this picture, and, for the first time since using Corel Painter, I created a good, clean lineart with the tablet! Where'd that come from? All of a sudden, I'm good at it? Oh well, point is, it's a success. ^^

So yeah, here's Jak(Jak and Daxter series, Jak II here) in his Dark form. This was first inspired, again, by Hold On by Korn, but while painting, I also listened to Children Of The Korn by the same artist, really enjoying it. ^^ I also listened to some Static-X songs-- Especially Monster. (:<

Yeah, I love to make fanart of Dark Jak. Probably because I love putting the raw anger into his face, and making his poses so...animal-like.
